You can find her running the trails in northern New Jersey, where she completed her first marathon and ultramarathon at age 54.

As the founder of Athena Wellness, Kathy helps her clients holistically reinvent themselves at midlife through wellness and business coaching, online education, podcasting, blogging and speaking.
