The Gentle Yoga Warrior, has been teaching yoga for over 20 years.
She prefers a more inclusive approach to teaching, and she has a wealth of experience of teaching beginner bespoke classes for private clients who, for a variety of reasons, prefer to practice in a one-on-one setting.
Asana (the poses) are only one of the eight ‘limbs’ of yoga. How we breathe, think, eat, sleep etc. all have a profound effect on our being. Fun, informative, energising, calming, relaxing, inclusive, and varied – all of these are accurate descriptors for what one can expect from a class.
