As promised, here is your meditation. Inspired by today's show Top Tips for the meditation is either sit nice and cross legged on the floor of a nice straight back. Always nice to sit on a block or a cushion, or that's not available for you. You sit in a chair with a back nice and straight. The important thing is you're not slouching. And if you're doing something that requires you concentration are you to do is just pause this and you can reconvene the meditation at a time that is good for you. If you're doing the meditation, that's begging. So here is a meditation. Inspired by today's show to help you unleash your greatness. Close your eyes do one close your eyes and allow your imagination to soar. Allow yourself to be free. Allow yourself to be as you now settle in to stillness settle into the moment settle into the now here you go dear one here you go. And as you sit in your meditation imagine you have got in front of you a vintage army rucksack who kinda is see an old movies and you've been carrying this rucksack for ages and it's full of your life all your past experiences, it could be something as simple as a shoe you've got all the shoes that you've carried in this rucksack from when you were a child to the present and these shoes represent journeys that you have taken and of course every journey is a value but yeah one can you let go of some of these shoes can you pull them up the rucksack Can you let them go let them go with love back to where they came from Back to the universal ever higher force resonates with your spiritual practice. But you unravel this rucksack knew to start to take the shoes out perhaps a memory comes up a memory from one of the walks that you made with the particular pairs of shoes that you've pulled out today.

Can you bless that walk and bless that shoe and just give it back to the earth. And as you sit here meditating, and you feel the breath slow, calm and deep, you can begin the process a bit more so maybe you pull out another shoe. And of course that journey was necessary as well but you need to carry it around with you and your rucksack, possibly not so you can let it go. Think of it is like a kind of tidying of your subconscious. So you just let go have all these shoes that you no longer need to have. And of course do one this meditation you may need a bit of time to release and let go release and let go. But think of it this way. The more you can let go and release the more space you can create for new journeys, new ways of being new, new new whilst loving and enjoying the present moment. Yes, indeed, my dears Yes indeed. Start to take some slow deep breaths as you come back into the moment come back into the room come back into the present
